After falling short on arms in the 07 summer, the Davidson Copperheads continue to add quality depth to their 08 pitching staff.  Joining this staff will be sophomore T.J. Worrell from Lenoir-Rhyne College.  The 6'6" right hander in the all-time wins leader at local powerhouse South Meck High School located in Charlotte.  The Copperheads are very excited to add his skills and leadership to there program.  Worrell will compete for a job in the starting rotation this summer.  He also comes to Davidson with experience coming out of the bullpen.
