The Davidson Copperheads have announced that LSU catcher, Kevin Farnsworth will be returning to Davidson this summer.  Last summer, Farnsworth finished second on the team with a .304 batting average and second on the team with a .455 slugging percentage.  Farnsworth was named to the SCBL All-Star team and was also named week 6 player of the week.  During that week, Farnsworth hit .500 with two homeruns and three doubles while scoring six runs and driving in eight.  This year at LSU, Farnsworth will be fighting for a starting spot at catcher and DH.
