The Lake Norman Copperheads have announced the signings of three additional pitchers for the 2009 summer.  Joining the Copperheads will be Mitch Connor (RHP) and Brandon Hansdel (LHP) from Guilford Tech Community College.  Joining these two guys will be Jim Leggett (RHP) from Belmont Abbey College.  These three guys will bring pitching coach Spencer Anthony options as they can all start or work out of the bullpen.  The Copperheads will start there season in early June.  They are still seeking host families.  If you are interested in hosting a player for the 2009 summer, please contact Derek Shoe at dshoe@copperheadsports.org or by phone at 704-305-3649.
