Winthrop outfielder and left handed pitcher, Brad Deal will be joining the Lake Norman Copperheads this summer.  After a successful summer in the SCBL in 2008 with the Fort Mill Sox, Deal will join the Copperheads to be closer to his hometown.  Deal should make an immediate impact on the Copperheads outfield situation and see some time out of the bullpen as well.
