The Davidson Copperheads have added two outfielders and a middle infielder from UNC Charlotte to there 2008 roster.  This signing is highlighted by Shane Brown who played for the Copperheads Showcase program.  Shane was an all-conference outfielder at North Meck High School.  Shane was 40-42 in SBA his senior year.  Joining him from the 49ers will be middle infielder Michael Gyoerkoe and outfielder/pitcher Cory Tilton.  These guys should also add some speed to the Copperheads lineup this summer.  Both will be redshirt freshmen from Green Hope high school this year.   The Copperheads are once again excited to have players joining them from the Charlotte 49ers this summer.
